In association with Yougov we have conducted our seventh annual Health and Wellbeing benefits survey to give insight to key trends and gather substantial information on the employee benefits market. Our report unveils opinions from both employees and employers about the benefits offered by questioning people from companies of various sizes. The report also examines employers’ benefit strategies and any changes over the past few years, alongside any planned changes for the year ahead.
Topics include the influence level of each benefit on attracting and retaining employees, the factors companies and employees review when considering their health and wellbeing benefits and the methods used by companies to research benefit options and their perceptions of brokers
